We are confident you will happy with your purchase, but if you are not satisfied with your unit due to cleaning performance or any other operating issues, call us at 1-866-931-1071 to initiate a return transaction. If the unit is returned to us within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly provide a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee.
*A 20% Non-negotiable re-stock fee will be applied to refurbished units, as well as units that have been traded in once for another cleaner.
If your pool cleaner has not been used and is brand new, meaning it has not been removed from the box or used, you will have 30 days to return your pool cleaner for a 100% refund. If we inspect the cleaner and find that it has been used and/or shows any type of wear, you will be refunded the full amount minus the re-stocking fee and any other cost for replacing necessary parts.
If you do decide to return your items, please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-866-931-1071. You will need to provide your original sales order number for a merchandise credit or credit card refund. If shipping was charged for delivery (ie rush shipping charges, international shipping charges, etc.,) those shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and COD packages are not accepted. Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds.
Damaged or missing items noticed upon delivery should be reported promptly and will be replaced at our expense. Returned products must be in original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund. This includes original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Any costs to repair or replace broken or missing items will be deducted from the credit amount. If any other promotional items were included, they also must be returned in their original packaging and also be in good condition. Promotional items that are not returned will have their normal cost deducted from the credit amount. Return Freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. Rush freight charges related to purchase cannot be credited.
We cannot accept delivery of any return without an RMA number.After 30 days there are no returns and the manufacturer's warranty applies.
