We are confident you will happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.
After 30 days there are no returns and the manufacturer's warranty applies. If you do decide to return your items, please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-866-931-1071. You will need to provide your original sales order number for a merchandise credit or credit card refund. If shipping was charged for delivery (ie rush shipping charges, international shipping charges, etc.,) those shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and COD packages are not accepted. Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds. Damaged or missing items noticed upon delivery should be reported promptly and will be replaced at our expense. Returned products must be in original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund. This includes original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Any costs to repair or replace broken or missing items will be deducted from the credit amount. If any other promotional items were included, they also must be returned in their original packaging and also be in good condition. Promotional items that are not returned will have their normal cost deducted from the credit amount. Return Freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. Rush freight charges related to purchase cannot be credited. We cannot accept delivery of any return without an RMA number.
